Electrical Engineering New Admit Visit
March 6-7, 2015

Welcome!
A warm welcome to all of our newly admitted graduate students in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT. This site summarizes information on the electrical engineering portion of the New Admit Visit.

Who's Invited
The Visit is meant strictly for those students who have applied and been granted admission to Electrical Engineering at MIT for the term starting in September 2015. Such students will have received notification of admission status and directions to this web site through MIT EECS. If you are uncertain about your invitation, please contact Kathy McCoy in the Graduate Office: mccoy_k@mit.edu.

You can access two forms at this web page, one to tell us if you are coming (your RSVP) and a second to choose faculty with whom to meet. Please respond as soon as possible (RSVP attendance by Fri Feb 13). You will need the code found in your online application (look for RSVP CODE) in order to access these reply forms.

A note to our international admittees
We understand that it may be difficult or impossible for admitted students from overseas to obtain air tickets or visas in time to attend the New Admit Visit. We will make every effort to answer all of your questions and connect you with faculty via email and telephone.

Department and research overviews, faculty meetings, lab tours, and more. Most students will have the opportunity to meet with two to four faculty or research groups throughout the two days. Dress is casual.
